Overheating Problem

My GF's computer has seemed to decide that it wants to over heat. She has an AMD 2500+ with retail Heatsink. Recently we transferred her to a new case and it has one case fan in the back. There is no pathway in the front of the case for airflow except a little hole in the bottom.

The question is, Would she benefit more from a couple of case fans in the front? (even though I don't think they could draw that much air in through a small hole) Or would she benefit better from a new heatsink?

The temperatures start in a safe range and they climb almost constantly over a long period of time to high temperatures and it causes the motherboard to issue a beep code error.

If you do recommend a heatsink... or more case fans please link for me or tell me what it is. I'm also on a budget.. Thanks!!!

Do you have any available bays in the front of the case? If so, open THEM up for more airflow in and put a slot fan in one of the pci openings in the back.
