I just watched a couple of episodes of the newest season, I haven't seen Overahaulin in ages. What's up with the new girl co-host? It seems like they just found some random bimbo to host. Yes, she's better looking, but Courtney was much better. Courtney was actually into cars, her father was a driver in the SCCA. She often got her hands dirty and actually worked on the car bein overhauled. Also, why did they overhaul an '05 Ford Mustang? They completed it in record time, of course, all they did were some body and engine mods. It was out of place compared to the older, classic cars they usually do.

I think Courtney is hotter and a better host. I noticed the new girl tonight. She wasnt even in the shop, just cutaways of her talking.
 
I hated Courtney. I haven't seen the new girl on there, but I dreaded watching the show with that annoying piece of flesh they called a woman, hosting the show.

I didn't notice the chick...I was too busy focusing on the car 😀. I wish Foose would overhaul my Mustang...especially with the supercharger. I'd would have like to have seen some 4.10 or 4.30 gears instead of the 3.73, but then again that car had an auto.
 
I found Courtney to be very annoying. She occasionally seemed genuinely excited about the build, but she just became more annoying when excited.

The new girl is much hotter and she's not quite as annoying.

I would prefer it if they would cut out all the 'pranks' and stupid sh!t and just work on the cars.
 
The cool thing about Courtney is that she wasn't COMPLETELY without a history either. Her dad owned Brainerd International Raceway here in MN (a track we frequent each year) for 20 years. She pretty much grew up surrounded by the sport. Not saying she was an expert, but she did get her hands dirty and seemed to enjoy it. Would be interesting to find out what caused the separation. Usually stuff like that is some stupid executive move to 'change it up' and justify their BS job.
 
Courtney Hanson is beautiful, IMHO, and I enjoyed her time on the show. Adrienne Janic (AJ) is the wife of the producer of Overhaulin, so that explains her exceptionally annoying presence. All Courtney's Web site has to say about the Overhaulin situation is, "I really am not at liberty to discuss the situation at this time..." Dunno what to read into that, but me thinks it has something to do with the producer thinking his money would be better spent on his wife.

I also think that the show focuses way too much time on the "pranks." It feels like half the show is now devoted to "watching the owner get tricked." Man, I care about the car. I think it would be great if they would provide some before/after performance numbers for the sake of comparison. They don't have to get crazy, just gimme 0-60 and 1/4 times, in addition to some braking numbers. Obviously Foos is a design god, but the proof is in the performance pudding, as it were.
 
I noticed this last night also. I think Courtney is hotter. Both women are annoying at times, but at least Courtney was "involved" (even if it meant her "working" was a staged camera shot), at least she was in the show. With Adrienne, it's just a cut scene of "here's me reading a script". However, if they would get rid of the phone pranks, the show would go from good to great, regardless of who the host is.
 
As soon as I hit the powerball lotto Foose will be my personal bitch. I'd like to see what he could do with a black on black 05'/06' Daytona Charger R/T.....drool

Plus I'd bring Courtney in to look at. I just prefer her over the new chick for some reason. I guess they didn't replace the other chick on the show (the dumb ass guy co-host) did they?
 
We should have seen this coming. AJ was the guest accomplice a few times before Courtney got the boot. Oh well, she can be found in monthly issues of Maxim in car section where readers can send in questions. She seems more comfortable with her body than before, too.
 
Does anyone know why they changed the host? I can't find any press releases or any news on TV.com or their Overhaulin website talking about the change.
