Overclokcing Encoding question

Ok here my question i have a X6800 and i'm using NeroVision Express i'm taking a MPEG file thats about 760 Megs and its converting it to DVD the file size after is about 1.3 gigs. Now my question is i left my X6800 at stock 2.93mhz and did the encoding. and than did the same test at my OC'ed at 3.5 and it took 14 mins and 8 secs at 3.5 and it took 14 mins and 27 sec at 3.5 to me these numbers don't seem right? Is there better software out there that can do a better job. becuase OCing my CPU 600mhz to gain only 19secs that doesn't seem worth it at all?

What is the processor usage on both cores during encoding with NeroVision Express? I know that DVD Santa runs between 70-75% for me.

i did it and its about 90-92% at 3.5mhz?
