Hmm, what kind of CPU do you have. If it's a AMD T-Bird, and it's above 1.33 I'm pretty sure the L1 bridges are connected. Just go into bios by pressing DEL at the start up screen of your bios, not windows. Once you're in your bios, go to the CPU settings, and set the thing to whatever mhz you want.
I know that's a little complicated to understand, but OC'ing is easier then you think.
Even if you have to draw in the bridges it isnt hard.
