Hi, I am very computer illeterate..and I have a celeron 400 (don't laugh). I heard that overclockng celerons are easy and effective. I was wondering if there is some kind of guide that I could read so I could learn what overclocking does, risks, what I need, etc. etc. etc. if anyone knows where I could find this please post it. Thanks.
 
Fair warning, do not overclock if you do not know what you are doing. There are many considerations such as that need to be taken into account. The Celeron 400s were marginal overclockers and depending on your system, OC may be impossible do to hardware limitations.
