just unlocked my duron 600 and running 700 (waiting for new heatsink) ... can u tell me , what's better to change ... right now I have 7x100 ... what's 100 means ? should I change it too?

the 100 is your front side buss try setting it to 103 or better yet 105 you memory should be able to handle that...I run mine at 105x10.5=1102mhz
