what does T1 and T2 mean. I keep on people saying that "... can reach 2.2 ghz for T1" (did i say that right?? Anyhow, what does it mean???

All the single 1 gig sticks anywhere near the same price range as dual 512mb sticks can't hold their own in terms of latency. Where does that come in when overclocking?
