Overclocking XFX 8600 GT

So I picked a XFX 8600GT any idea on how to overclock it?

I used coolbits about 5 years ago it no longer works!

use rivatuner and read the guide. When you open up rivatuner, it should say forceware detected. Then click on the arrow next to it, then on the picture of the card.

You can also force fan speed, but Rivatuner is complex and powerful, so be careful not to screw up your system.

You can also use ATItool. The newest version just has sliders on the opening screen. Crank em up, run the artifact scan, and marvel how fast the temperatures shoot up.

Got my 8800GT up to 69C after about 15 minutes of the artifact scanner. Nvidia's crappy little nTune couldn't load the card hard enough to even hit 50C. That atitool is a brutal little program.
