I have an ASUS Rampage Formula running a X6800 and OCZ DDR2-1066. Currently I have it setup for a 400mhz FSB with a 9 multiplier for 3.6ghz - I want to get this to 4.0 but currently it doesn't even really run stable at current. What should I look for to make it stable? I tried increasing the voltage to the CPU, I'm up to about 1.4 but Prime95 still reports hardware failures after a bit and one of my cores drops out. Any advice?

Have you changed the chipset, or RAM voltages or are they stock? You may have to give your CPU a little more than 1.4 to get past 3.6Ghz and as you push ram and NB you may need to adjust voltage accordingly. I would say keep the chip at or under 1.4 (if you have a good HSF). Don't exceed 1.45-1.5 for 24x7 use that won't be good for your CPU.
