Overclocking works but...

Rivatuner unlocked the 4 pipes.. great

Vtuner 2 set my speeds to 535/675 manually in windows... kind of great

Rivatuner stays at 300/500... (speeds failed error, and i cant hit ok and apply because it says (you need to test before you apply))

Windows display overclock stays at 300/500... gives same error as rivatuner

How would i go about setting the overlcocked speeds so that they are automatic on startup?

-Thanks

Don't use VTuner to OC...instead, just use Rivatuner. So, set the speeds on Vtuner to stock, delete vtuner, and use just rivatuner

that should solve it.

i'll give that a try when i get back on campus, also guys check out my wintv-go thread in video last problem to deal with aside from this one

i guess i'm confused. you're in the control panel tab, you set the speed you want, hit the test and it fails? so you want to bypass the test or something?

Powerstrip doesnt require testing the overclock.

I'd try that.

Be warned though, an unstable overclock can damage the card.

Most people here dont know what they're doing when overclocking video cards.

What I mean by that is if you want to test an overclock you need to run 3dmark03 loop tests for at least 20 min and scan for artifacts.

I usualy see artifacts after the 4th or 5th loop.

Game #4 is the one to loop

My 2 cents.
