overclocking with nForce

has anyone overclocked an nForce mobo? which AMD (XP) cpu works best for overclocking in general?
Any sucess stories on either ?
Cooling the XP? With what? Suggestions?

From everything I've heard it doesnt overclock to well on the FSB if your using an external graphics card, but besides that I'm not sure.

As far as your second question, the 1600+ has been real popular lately, some really solid overclocks, and cheap as dirt (128 for OEM@newegg) compared the to higher rated CPU's.
