Overclocking with 4 DIMMS

Hello,

I'm building a new box w/2GB of RAM and wondering whether to use 4 512mb sticks or 2 1GB ones. All the memory tests and reviews seem to use two (512mb) sticks so I'm wondering if it's possible to overclock with 4 modules - I know the timing will get autogimped to 2T by the board but does that mean the mem will be unstable at anything past 200fsb too? Anyone have any experience with this?
