Overclocking: Which is better, or does it make a difference?

Should I set my multiplier to 10 and keep mem at 100mhz or set multiplier to 9.5 and mem at 105mhz? They both come out to 1000. Would either of the 2 be better or are they the same?

When you say "mem at 105" do you mean FSB?
105MHz fsb will overclock your memory, PCI slots, AGP slots, and IDE.
So yes, 105x9.5 (997MHz) is MUCH faster than 100x10 (1000MHz).
