Overclocking to a monster(User of Asus A8N E)

The Rig
Amd 64bit 3200 Winchester
Asus A8N E
1gb X 2 ddr 400 transcend ram
Radeon 1900XTX Gecube
160gb sata NCQ
Creativew sound Blaster Live 24bit
Stock cooling + a small local fan
Antec SP500

I want to overclock it so that it reaches 2.4ghz to 2.6ghz.

I don't want to overclock the ram or graphic card, only the cpu.

I go to the bios.
Then I go to Advanced.
Then I go to Jumperfree configuration, whatever it is.
What do I do next?
The cpu multiplier shows a min option of 4 or 4.5x or so.
Am I correct in believing that all I have to do is increase the cpu speed from 200 to 240 mhz, but how do I limit the ram to exact 200mhz? I don't see any option of a memory divider?
What is AI Overclock or something, should I use that instead? How to use it?

should I use AI Overclock, is it possible to go to 20% increase of performance by that?

Dude... why don't you do a little searching & reading about A64 oc'ing (or any topic you post about for that matter!) before you ask questions like this... if that fails you, try reading your motherboard's manual at least!

Not to be mean, but the answers to these questions have already been posted here MANY times!
