Your option then is to adjust the front side bus from 166. Thus you better have memory that overclocks past 166 or you have a higher speed rated ram than PC2700 (333mhz). Make sure to fix the AGP/PCI at 66/33 before you start to slowly increase the FSB. Increase it in small increments of say 5 in the beginning until it can no longer boot. Then increase the voltage if you so desire until you can no longer boot once again. Then finally back down to the most stable point possible and test it with Prime 95 and WinMemTest for memory.
