If my 5 volt rail fluctuates between 4.811, and 4.784... and my 3.3 volt rail fluctuates between 3.248 and 3.216... would that be enough to cause stability problems? If so, is there any way I can increase the voltage a bit in the BIOS? (I have an A7N8X Deluxe motherboard)

not in the bios itself
youd' have to mod the psu itself (many articles on the net, some psu's even have built in pots so you can adjust voltage they put out) but be warned, you can KILL yourself

If that fluctuation is at idle and not under load it could be the sign the pSU can't handle the oc....General rule is +/-5% so the 5v should be no less the 4.75 and you are about there at idle and no loading conditions....

The thing to test is set it back to default vcore and default speed and see if the voltages look better...

That was at 100% load with Prime 95 at 2.0 Ghz vcore at 1.750... no change at stock speeds/voltages
