Overclocking questions... how far can I go?

I have a Chaintech Apogee 7VJL board and an Athlon 2000+ proc. I would like to run it at a FSB of 333MHz, but I would rather not go to the trouble of unlocking the processor. That would push the processor to 2075MHz (I think). Can I expect a 2000+ to run stably at this speed with a Swiftech MCXC370? If it can, what will I have to set to get my RAM to run at a 333 as well?

if unless you're using watercooling or N² u will NOT reach that speed, tehre's maybe a 1 in a thousand chance that u will reach it, u might be able to get 133 fsb, but unlocking will be required ...

Unfortunately, you will need to unlock the CPU to run a 333mhz (166mhz) FSB. A better choice for overclocking is the 1600+ because with it's lower 10.5 multiplier, it will only be running @ 1.74ghz (a little over 2100+). The higher multiplier of the 2000+ will need to be lowered to run 166mhz FSB.

:)

Edit:

On a side note, please keep us posted as to how that Chaintech board runs. You've sparked my interest in it and I would like to hear some real world user feedback on its performance. :)
