when overclocking, will the power consumption be much higher then???

BTW, I'm thinking of overclocking a ASUS 7100 geforce2 MX...
 
there will not be a *significant* increase in power consumption when overclocking a video card. The V7100s will do 220/210 without crashing but 200/200 is more realistic unless you want your new card to die of excessive heat.
