I read the guide up at the top but have a question about finding the max chip speed.

"-starting with HTT 200 raise in about 5Mhz increments up to boards max found earlier or until you start failing PRIME95 which will probably happen first..only give it 5 minutes max, that's good enough for now"

Which prime torture test do I run ?
 
You want to run the one that measures maximum heat and power consumption if you plan on gaming, and Small FFTs if you are going to be doing stuff that is cpu intensive but doesn't put a full load on. If you are just surfing the net the default test will be fine.
