Overclocking Question Using FSB Ratio

Before I post my question, I will give you my system specs.
>>Motherboard: Abit SA6R
>>CPU: Intel Pentium III 850MHz (FC-PGA)
>>Memory: 384Mb Mushkin PC-133 SDRAM Cas 2 (Revision 2)
>>Video Card: Hercules GeForce 2 GTS ULTRA
>>Sound Card: Creative Labs Soundblaster LIVE!
>>Hard Drive: Western Digital 30GB @ ATA 100

That should do it for system specs...now my question.

I'm trying to overclock this processor above 1GHz. I've got the choice to use the following ratio settings to do so; 3:3:1 / 4:3:1 / 4:4:1. It appears that the only setting I can use is the 3:3:1 when attempting to overclock my CPU. Just wondering if I need to do something different to get the other settings. Also, I've upped the voltage, and haven't gone above 110FSB.

The motherboard allows increments of 1MHz on the FSB. The clock muliplyer is locked at 8.5.

I used to have the Abit SE6 and could use the ratio of 4:3:1 with an FSB of 120MHz.

Thanks for your help!

I would think that 3:3:1 would be OK with that Rev. 2 RAM, so just hope your P3 is up to it. The 850's are not the greatest overclockers, relatively speaking, since you start out closer to the edge of the envelope. I just got one knowing this and got 1000 from it @ +.10 volts and a GlobalWIN FOP32-1 with the Rev. 1.5 RAM @ 2-2-2, which was my goal. But it will not do 1055, which is the next jump on my BX board.

i have the abit sa6r as well! kickk @$$ board, its uper late so of the top of my head, i think you can't use the other ratios till your FSB increases enough to use them... they'll automatically become availale when your FSB comes within range...
