Hi all, first post here!

I have an i7 920 and currently have it running at 180 x 20 = 3.6ghz, and am wondering if my temps and voltages are ok.

You can see my idle temps and the max temps coretemp recorded doing the run specificed on the intelburntest also in the photo, am i safe? can i push my speed higher? should i? Too many questions 😀

What's the voltages say in the bios?

Let the intel burn test run a few tests first then you'll get a better idea of load temps. Looks like you took a screenshot as intel burn was just starting.

What heatsink are you using?

bios is set to 1.2V, Cooler Master V8 cooler, and i already ran many runs of burntest on it, and i ran it more overnight (128 runs). Max temps are the same as in that screenshot.

80c is the max I would feel comfortable with max temp after running IBT. So you have a little room left unless your willing to let it get hotter than that. Maybe 3.7ghz and if you want more you're gonna have to get a better heatsink.

Your volts and temps are fine. I would push it further without even giving it a second thought. The rig in my sig runs at (pretty much) the same temperature clocked at 200x20 as it did at 165x20....
