Overclocking project- need your help

Hey guys,

I recently overclocked my system in order to get the best gameplay.
I also ran 3d mark 03 recently and got a score of 5458.
My question is, Is 5458 accurate for my system specs and settings?

Processor- P4 2.53 SL6eg running at 155 fsb = 2.94 ghz @1.55 v
Heatsink & Fan- Alpha pal 8492 with enermax adjustable fan
Motherboard- Albatron PX845PEV PRO
Ram- Kingston pc 2700 512 mb valueram (upgrading to xms 3500 soon)
Video card- Radeon 9700 pro 364/342 stock cooling

Do you guys think i could squeeze more juice from my processor? When i set the processor to run at 3ghz my system locks up. Could this be the memory? Or should i Raise the voltage a bit more?

Also, do you think i could overclock my video card a bit more with stock cooling? How far can i Take it?

I would run prime 95 with the current settings to see if you are really stable before going further. I have the same board with a 2.4b, and can't run stable beyond 2.7.
