Overclocking & Power Supply recommendation

I'm considering the following setup:

P4 1.6A
EPoX 4BDA
512 MB Samsung PC2700

I'd be content to overclock to 2.13 / 133 FSB. What kind of power supply should I be looking at? I've heard good things about Antec, and one review I saw used the Antec SX630. However, I have this feeling in the back of my head that tells me it might not be enough.

I've built machines before, but this is the first time I'm going to try overclocking, so I'm a tad nervous. I'll try for 2.4+ once I get a little more confidence (will 350-400 be ok for 2.4?)

I'm not quite sure what to do with the voltage numbers you listed. I assume those are the minimum voltages when the system is loaded, but I don't know how to use that information when picking out a power supply.

I'm running a 250W Enlight PS with a fully loaded system right now. P4 1.6A@133/FSB at default voltage. No problems for several days now. I've got a 340W enlight PS ordered though

brittlenet 1.6A @ 2.13ghz is a very mild overclock these days. you should be able to do that on default vcore voltages. it might even go as high as 2.48ghz on default vcore voltage. (very easy)
the minimum board voltages i gave you will only help on a running system - you cant pick a PSU from that info. if your voltages go below them - your PSU is stuggling.

350-400W will be plenty for you @ 2.13ghz
if you wanna go for 2.48ghz get a 400+W.

there is no right or wrong - just experiences

my Enermax 431W was straining severly to run me @ 2720mhz. (check my sig for system specs)
the 12v line was dropping to 11.3v minimum. got a Enermax 550W and now my voltages are rock solid at all times @ 2800mhz.

now use that as an example and you decide how many Watts you want.

I want my 1.6a to go as high as THUGSROOK's, but I don't have enough money to invest in a 550w over a 431w enermax.

i was getting program crashes to desktop when my 12v would get too low. (11.25v)
rebooting would also be symtom.

the 550W is 100% rock solid at all times - was worth the $ IMHO.

Why would his electricity bill be huge? That 550W power supply almost certainly isn't being maxed out at all times...

Yikes! I added up to 370w. I only have 300w PS. hehehe
