overclocking ocz ram question

This msi board will only go up to 3.1v for the ram, will that limit my overclocking of this ocz ram any, if at all, or is there some better ram out there that would be more suited for overclocking with this motherboard?

the ocz el plat rev 2 is based on samsung tccd and tcc5..

for tccd you don't want to use more than 2.9 to 3.0...

so you should be okay...
