overclocking need help

ok i took my q6600 at brang it up to 3ghz. my temps r good they r sitting around 40 c not breaking past 45 c but my screen keeps flickering. its really annoying. i brang my voltage up just a little bit. i didnt have the screen flickering problem till i overclocked


I Took my fsb and brang it up to 333 and my multiplier up to 9
 
ok well i hooked up another pc to the monitor and it did the same thing so i unpluged everthing pluged it all back in and its working fine. very wierd.
