Here are my specs
AMD XP2400+
Asus N78X Deluxe
Dual DDR PC2700 Crucial (1G Total )
I OC to 2.33Ghz ( maybe more ) with 1.81V ( 155 FSB )
I try with 1.76V and it only max aroung 2.3G
Is it safe to leave at this level ( or OC some more without increase any voltage , so I guess would max aroung 2.35G with 1.81V )
My questions are:
1. With this setup, @1.81V with 2.33-2.40GHz, is it ok to leave 24/7? ( I love to leave my comp on even not using it )
2. Most of my time is encoding moview ( comp always on or work most of the time , so 100% CPU usage most of the time )
IS THIS SAFE AT ALL TO LEAVE LIKE THIS RUNNING 24/7 with 100% CPU use
thanks for all the advices

The issue with higher voltage is temperature. IMHO you can run 1.85V 24/7 as long as your temps under load are in the low 50's (C) or lower. What are you cooling the cpu with?

I don't think temperature is the issue because it stay around 38C/100F and definitely will stay well below 50C
