Overclocking my new rig

Just picked up a new combo rig from newegg:
Link

ASUS M4A785TD-V + 2 x 2GB G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) DDR3 1333 + AMD Athlon II X2 245.

I'm planning to overclock by dropping the ram divisor from 10/3 to 8/3 and cranking up the FSB to 250Mhz from 200Mhz.
This will keep the ram speed to 1333Mhz(250 x 8/3*2), while increasing the overall system to 3.6Ghz from 2.9Ghz while using stock cooler.

I know increasing the FSB has higher performance gain than upping the CPU multiplier hence my overclock plan.

Would this be an appropriate approach?

Am I missing anything?

Thanks

When upping the FSB make sure you do it in small increments of 10 MHz...

I read that I should keep the HT Link Speed constant, so I'll probably lower the mutliplier from 10 to 8, in order to keep it at 8x2500 = 2000Mhz.

Any thoughts on the NB Frequency ?

Thanks
