Overclocking my AMD Athlon 3200+

Anyone know any settings for overclocking with this setup?

AMD Athlon 64 3200+
NVIDIA nF4 GeForce 6600 GT
DFI LanParty UT NVIDIA nF4 SLI-D

Thanks, I decided to cheat a little bit and use nTuner. It was running at 2.0 ghz and now it's running at about 2.2 ghz.
