Overclocking my 4400+ to a 4800+

can any of you guys real quick tell me how to OC my AMD 4400+ to the specs of a 4800+, i heard it was just a simple 9% OC raising the CPU frequency by .2GHZ, i'm on a ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe motherboard
