Overclocking mobo/processor speed

Heya,

Friend of mine is interested in overclocking his card but really not sure on howabout going into doing this..

Here is his motherboard:

3.2ghz pentium 4 northwood

I'd like to know is this overclockable, to what speeds can he go up to? where or how would he change the bios to get this overclock going right..

would apprecaite if someone answered this..
