This has probably been asked already (couldn't find with search), but does anyone have a specific type of memory they've had good overclocking results with. I'm looking to spend no more than $150

Ok assuming that you are configuring that system in your sig, look for chips using Samsun TCCD. Also i would go for 1 gig of memory over 512 so you are going to need closer to $300 if you want quality here. OCZ and Corsair seem to be at the top of everything right now. But Geil, Mushkin, and Kingston are by no means bad.

On bargain gaming machines I've built I've had good results with PDP Patriot memory. They have low latency PC3200 as well as higher latency PC4000. Good pricing. Look on Newegg.
