Overclocking "medium" quality memory, what can be expected?

I have some PC133 memory rated at 7.5 ns on the chips from Micron and Kingston Value RAM. What can one generally expect as a speed setting on this memory for a stable overclock? (140, 145, 150 mhz FSB? etc?)
