Asus P3V4X
PIII 850E cB0, 80Watt TEC air cooled, CPU stable at room temp (22C) full load
256MB Mushkin ECC PC133 HSDRAM
1.7V = POST, system stable at 110FSB = 935MHz
1.7V = No POST at 112FSB
1.75V = POST, system stable at 118FSB = 1003MHz
1.75V = No POST at 120FSB
1.8V = POST, Win2k will not boot at 130FSB = 1105MHz
1.8V = No POST at 133FSB
1.85V = POST, system stable at 130FSB = 1105MHz
1.85V = No POST at 133FSB
Following trends, it should theoretically POST at least, let alone load, 1.85V at 133FSB. At this point, I have to assume it being an overheat in some aspect of the motherboard. I put a heatsink on the ICS frequency generator so I'll see what comes of it just now..
