OVERCLOCKING HELP

Intel 3.6 chip that i got for free, so i have to use intel you amd fans...
OCZ Performance Series 240-Pin 512MB x 3 = 1.5 gig DDR2 PC2-5400
Leadtek nVIDIA GeForce 6600GT Video Card, 128MB GDDR3, 128-Bit, DVI/TV-Out, PCI-Express, Model ""PX6600GT TDH Extreme"
Thermaltake VA4000 Series SViking VA4000BWS Black Mid Tower Case With fan speed controllers & Temp. LCD Monitor with alarm
Thermaltake cpu fan as well

I can only overclock 5%, why won't my comp let me boot at a higher overclock

A couple of possible reasons:
1. your motherboard doesn't have a working PCI lock
2. you need to loosen the timing on your memory or run the memory at a slower speed

Check your DRAM settings.

I'm not sure if it's supported, but MSI's CoreCenter utility will help you with your overclocking. You can get very high, very stable speeds, and CoreCenter allows you to tweak the AGP, Vcore, and RAM voltage. Works for me!
