Overclocking Help

Okay, Ive tried it a few days ago and it didnt work.

These are the settings I tried:

CPU x11 @ 1.55v
Ram 218 @ 2.7v
AGP/PCI@ 66Mhz

Ran stable for approx 3 hours then froze in windows.

What should I try next?

CPU x11 @ 1.6v or 1.65v? Am I risking it tooooo much to push it this high?
Ram 218 @ 2.8v? Is 2.8 too high?
AGP/PCI @ 66Mhz

I would up the ram volts to see if you fare any better. Run Memtest over night to see if its your ram... If not, then you need more cpu volts.

btw, whats your chipset voltage. You might have to increase it from 1.6 to 1.7

pc3500 should run at 218 no problem my pc3200 runs at 225 1:1 at 2.5-3-3-6 at 2.9v.
no 2.8v isnt to high

run memtest86 overnight like Tiamat said

also if the znf3 is the same as the vnf3 u need to put the pci to 67mhz to lock it
try 1.6v first, 1.65 is a little high

u might have to increase ur chipset voltage to 1.7 but i only had to because i was pushing 260mhz

Alright, I raised my CPU voltage to 1.6. My idle temp before was around 44 degrees, my new idle temp is about 47 or 48. Is that normal?

I did not change my AGP voltage because I dont know anything about it. What are the POTENTIAL consquences for raising it to 67Mhz? Could I possibly fry my agp/pci cards?

yes thats normal, did u run metest and see if its ur memory that is unstable?

no but if the znf3 is like the vnf3 changing the pci to 67mhz turns on the lock...
