Overclocking headroom

How much overclock do you think I can get out of this:

With just the default fan, keeping in mind I don't want to much noise outside of a Antec 300 case.

Another question: does that mobo in the OP support wireless internet or do I have to buy a separate adapter?

For cheap mobo I would suggest looking at ASUS M2N68 line... they support 140W and AM3. Should be able to safely overclock up to 2.6GHz or higher.
