Overclocking GF2mx, Coolbits/NVtweak not working .....

Wow this is odd. I'm using a Leadtek GF2MX with Win2k and Detonator 12.41 drivers. For some reason neither Coolbits nor NVtweak make the tag appear. And another weird thing: whenever I go into display properties -> settings -> advanced, my monitor turns off and then on again a second later, and the screen size is about 20-30 pixels smaller on each side (using 1024x768). Really weird, what should I do?
