Overclocking geforce 2 memory

There was an equation where you take mem speed in ns and you multiply or divide by some number and you get the max speed in MHz of the chip. I can't remember what it was, can anyone remind me? Thanks.

1/ns * 100 . . . i think ...might be *1000
