Overclocking Dual Xeons

I have a Asus PC-DL with dual Xeon 2.8's. I have set the FSB to 165 x 21 Multiplier. I am running at 3.47 Mgh.

My question is- on Sandra it is warning that my Vcore settings are high:

CPU1 2.58 247 watts
CPU2 3.17 415 watts

Temps are steady at 42C. Are these numbers going to fry the CPU's or is it fine? The Sandra numbers are impressive. I am using Kingston HyperX PC4000 512x2 ram.

Any OC's suggestions?

What are your vcores really at? Anything above 1.7 isn't a good idea for a P4 or a Xeon P4. I think, more than likely, Sandra is combining the vcores from your two cpu's. She's definitely a dumb b*tch.
