Overclocking CPU & GPU

My system right now is a:
Pentium III 1Ghz
512MB SDRAM
ASUS CUV4X Motherboard
VisionTek Xtasy GeForce4 Ti4400
60GB HD
WINDOWS XP PRO

What is the maximum recommended overclocking I can do on both the CPU and the Ti4400? I have no extra cooling for the case. Just the traditional CPU fan and the VGA's onboard heatsink, etc.

-Thanks

Overclocking is luck. No exact figures really. Recommendation: Just bump it up as high as it can go, while being stable.
