Overclocking both videocards in SLi w/ EVGA parts

I have two EVGA 7800GTs on EVGA?s 133-K8-NF41 SLi motherboard. One of my cards is p/n N518 clocked @ 445/1070 installed in the top PCI-E slot, and the other is p/n N516 clocked @ 470/1100 installed in the bottom PCI-E slot. My N518 is stable @ 510/1250 as a single card in the middle slot. When installed as SLi, I can only change the speed of the bottom/#1 card using Coolbits, Powerstrip or Rivatuner. My top/#2 card keeps stock settings. I want to clock both cards @ 470/1100. Sure, I could put the N518 in the bottom slot and overclock it to my desired speed. But my N518 won?t work in the bottom/#1 slot in SLi (could be a driver issue?). I?m looking for a program that will let me independently overclock each separate GPU and RAM while in SLi. I?d rather not flash with a modded BIOS to just match the speeds. BIOS flashing is my last resort.

I think this issue has been addressed before in a few other forums without an answer.

I know you said you dont want to flash to a "modded" BIOS, but how about an standard EVGA one ?

I have a 517 and 518, flashed both to 517's most current rev now both cards run at 470/1100.

I've already modded my current N518 BIOS to 470/1100 (no other changes) with NiBiTor, but haven't flashed it yet. I know I could just use the N516 BIOS from my other card, but that would require an uninstall/reinstall of the VGA driver. I want to avoid this. I think I need to run a driver cleaner. But anyway, here's why: the N518 won't work in the bottom slot with SLi enabled, but it could be that the N516 doesn't work in my top slot with SLi enabled. I don't know why my mobo is so picky. I don't want to run the risk of flashing to another model/firmware and not be able to enable SLi. So I've decided if I DO flash, I'll just use my modded N518 BIOS.

...but I'd still just like to overclock either/both GPUs through Windows, without any flashing.
