Overclocking/ benchmarking

Thanks for your opinions in advance.

Which OCing stting would give me better performance? (Gaming/photoshop PC)

AMD sck 754 sempron 256kb L2 64 1.6 ghz @ 2.4 ghz
Geil 1gb 2.3.3.5 PC3200 @ 400mhz

OR

AMD sck 754 sempron 64 256kb L2 @ around 2.2 ghz
Geil 1gb 2.3.3.5 PC3200 @ 470mhz

Is the higher cpu speed better or higher ram speed better? Ive been overclocking for a few years now, but i have never done any benchmarking, can you guys recommend a good free benchmark program to help me figure this out? thanks

Are you sure you'll get the GeIL sticks that high with those timings? 😕 I'd go for the maximum CPU overclock, but it's an interesting question... 🙂
