Overclocking: Bad for reliability ??

I just got a TNT 2 card that I'm overclocking with TNTCLOCK (or whatever its called).

My question is, realistically is it damaging to the card to overclock it. I'm more specifically refering to when I accidentally overclocked it by about 70%. It of course crashed the computer and I restarted, but would this hurt a cards reliability over it's 2 year life span?

I don't think it will kill it. Just as long as you don't try to constantly run it to the point that it crashes every ten minutes. Besides, isn't the ole' TNT2 getting a little slow?
