Overclocking Athlon 64 3400+ newcastle core

Hi i have one of the revision D newcastle i believe core Athlon64's its 2.4ghz 512k if thats newcastle and runs at 1ghz on cool n quiet so revision D i think. What type of overclock should i expect out of it?
