AMD 1000 MHZ and Abit KT7A Raid. If you were going to o/c this set-up would you use PC 133 or PC 150? I am new to this and it seems that the machine would be more stable with the PC 150. Of cousre, it is entirely possible that I am overlooking something. I don't see many references to PC 150. Thanks

I believe that the consensus is that if you get good PC133 RAM, they will be alright at 150 mhz. The problem is more tied to whether it is CAS2. Some have claimed that their crucial/mushkins PC133 are able to run all the way up to 150@2-2-2. Most PC150 out there are sold as 150@3-3-3.

So it is all a luck of the draw thing. At least PC150 will run 150@3-3-3. PC133 (cheap ones) may just stay at 133@3-3-3 or 133@2-2-2.

I've bought crucial PC133 CAS2 and am running it at 145@2-2-2.
