Overclocking an opteron 15 with an asrock dual939 sata2

If anyone has this combonation of parts, and ideally, has actually done this, could you please give me a brief, concise "how-to-do" about it?

I bought 144 with the same Motherboard for my Uncle i will keep you update. I am going to assemble it tonight and let you know how it goes.
