Overclocking an E6300

My system specs are as follows:

Asus P5W DH
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300
Leadtek 7900GTX Extreme 512MB
2GB OCZ PC5400 Gold
500W ATX Seasonic PSU

How would i go about overclocking and what would be an achievable speed?

Isn't that board going to limit you in the 420-425 range? 975x chipsets have never been great ocers for E6300's and E6400's....low mulits need high fsb...E4300 could do well on a board like this except for the DAMN fsb holes...

the P5B-deluxe 965p model can achieve higher fsbs....

Ok thanks for the replies but i really am a noob when it comes to this. So i keep the voltage at 1.5 volts and just raise the fsb? Also what's the "MCH" 😱
