Overclocking AMDs ... How to?

I have recently bought an Athlon T-Bird Socket-A 700 and also a Duron 700.
Which out of these two are better for OC? and also any good links where I can reseach on this topic. I'm a NEWBIE when it comes down to AMD overclocking ...
