Overclocking A64 3200+ with SLI motherboard

I have just ordered an Athlon 64 3200+ with an A8N-SLI motherboard. It's the Winchester core with 939 pins. The graphics card I ordered is a XFX Geforce 6600GT. My ram is ddr400 by oc systems with heatspreaders. Heat is not a problem at all for me. My current ram timings are 2-2-2-5. Overclocking in the past has never been an issue for me but I understand that these systems are much different. Can anyone help me out with suggestions for cpu and ram.

also how fast is hypertransport as far has fsb goes?
