Overclocking a video card

Trying to oc my video card and need some advice:

Old 3dmark05: 3403
New 3dmark05: 3756 @ 561 core 1.12 memory adjusted thru nvidia coolbits

My question is, is this good, bad or average. I have never overclocked anything before, so I have no frame of refernece from which to judge.

My system specs are in my signature, thank you for any help 🙂
 
Umm, I got 564 and 1.16 on my 6600gt without artifacts. I could run the memory higher (1.21), but higher than 1.16, the card couldn't return to 2d mode when not being worked(stuck in 3d). Your oc isn't too far off from mine, but mine isn't exceptionally good, maybe average?
